Cy Roberts

Cy writes with the grounded perspective of someone who has walked the post. Born in Southern California, he served in the U.S. Air Force as a Law Enforcement and Security Specialist. That service brought him to F.E. Warren Air Force Base, and he has called Wyoming home for over forty years.

After decades as a technology entrepreneur, Cy turned to storytelling, bringing a disciplined, procedural eye to modern rural noir. His writing is defined by restraint, authentic detail, and a deep respect for the quiet corners of the American West. When not following Hawk Hawthorne down a lonely Wyoming back road, Roberts enjoys music, the outdoors, and time with his family.

He lives in Cheyenne, where the wind rarely stops and the horizon never quite quits.
